Oswald + Co helps leaders enrich communities. Since 2007, I've been building relationships that bring people together.

My philosophy is simple - when you give and receive without expectation, it creates an imbalance that can only be resolved by bringing people together. People remember the warmth of your welcome, the kindness in your care, and the loyalty in your support.

I work with teams and leaders to create environments where everyone feels welcome, can participate, and has ownership. I do this by leading with generosity, earning trust one cup at a time, moving toward what's difficult, and connecting on a human scale. Real connection happens where things are hard.

My practice honors my grandparents, Oswald Clarence Murphy and Harold Oswald Schnelle, who built businesses in rural Australia with hard work, fair values, and passion for their communities.
